Not bad, but a suggestion or two... S-L-O-W D-O-W-N with your talking, it WILL make a big difference. It's not just you, it's everyone today, they talk like they're in a race. Remember when talking to friends and family you can talk that way because they've learned the way you pronounce words, or slightly slur, or skip letters, strangers have no idea about those things and get lost when listening to those they are unfamiliar with. Record the next Podcast a few times. Make the first one normal, like you did this time. Then redo it and slow down. Then do it one more time while slowing down PLUS emphasize your enunciations of the words. Make sure your T's sound like T's your S's like s's and not f's etc. Practice makes perfect and the more practice the better it will eventually sound. Strive for professionalism it'll make people WANT to listen to you. But again not bad and great effort... keep going.
