The following information has been retrieved from The official homepage for the 2008 Honobia Bigfoot Festival and Conference.
About The Festival
Join us at the 2008 Honobia Bigfoot Conference, as the Mid-America Bigfoot Research Center hosts the event with the theme, “How to conduct your own Bigfoot research”. From presentations from the researchers themselves, to hands on training, you can learn how to start doing your own Bigfoot Research from the folks who’ve been there, done that.
Watch as track casts are poured, wood knocking information, call blasting and other tips for doing your own research.
Talk in person to the researchers who are out in the field on a regular basis, doing Bigfoot research in the wild. Also check out the MABRC Research Trailers that will be set up with all the equipment for you to see.
The conference will be located in the climate controlled dining room. A book store will also be located in this building where you can purchase books about bigfoot. There will also be bigfoot novelty items for sale at the bookstore.
Cost to attend the Festival is FREE.
Cost to attend the conference is $5.00 per person per day. Those 16 and under will be admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.

These stories will be from persons who actually experienced them or have been related to them by someone else who has experienced bigfoot events. If you would like to tell your story please call 918 567-3434 or email chamber@talihinacc.com. This event is free to the public. Wieners and marshmallows will be available for roasting.
Art Show
The Art Show will also be in a climate controlled building. All mediums are invited to participate. Please go to the ‘artist’s’ tab and contact us if you would like to show your art.
